R&B Auto Center s an independently owned car dealership located in Fontana, CA. The dealership has been in business for over 30 years and is highly respected throughout their community.

CHALLENGE

R&B Auto Center was looking for an agency to help them reach the 50K+ social media users throughout the Inland Empire, currently in the market for a vehicle. The agency would be responsible for generating active leads and turning those contacts over to the sales department. R&B Auto Center also wanted to build a large social presence throughout their community to tell the 30-year history of the company to potential buyers, past clients and speed racing enthusiasts.

SOLUTION

Before the MeauxGul Agency began drafting R&B Auto Center’s social media strategy, we completed a social media audit, competitive analysis, and target market analysis. The information was utilized to review their current plan, identify areas the company could improve, analyze the online success and failures of three competitors and collect demographics on their target market including income, location, purchasing behavior, household size, and education.

The MeauxGul agency then convinced R&B Auto Center to allocate 5% of the total marketing budget for Paid Social – leveraging Facebook Advertising, Instagram Advertising, and Google Analytics to set goals and track site visitors from the following three campaigns within a three to six month period:

First Time Buyers Campaign – Targeting online users between the ages of 18 – 24 located within a 15-mile radius of the dealership. These users were currently in college or high school and interested in vehicles under $10,000.00

No Credit, Bad Credit, No Problem Campaign – Targeting users within a 20-miles radius of the dealership who are currently in the market for a used vehicle.

No Payment for 90 Days Campaign– For this particular campaign, The MeauxGul Agency installed Facebook pixels across R&B Auto Center’s website to create custom audiences. This feature allowed us to track and retarget past site visitors with this aggressive promotion.

RESULTS

The MeauxGul Agency turned over 20+ leads to R&B Auto Center’s sales department monthly – 40% of which were considered hot leads, averaging around $105K+ in potential sales monthly.

R&B Auto Center’s social audience increased by 300 % within the first three months.

The MeauxGul Agency was also able to reduce R&B Auto Center’s ad campaigns average Cost-Per-Click (CPC) rate to $.11, increasing the company’s website visitors directly from social media drastically.
