The “#Liar4U” campaign was developed by The MeauxGul Agency to help promote recording artist, Christina Milian’s single “Liar” from her EP ‘4U.’

The song “Liar”, co-written by Christina Milian was the fourth release from ‘4U’ which the singer confronts a cheating ex-boyfriend after discovering multiple signs of infidelity. In a nod to the song’s concept, the #Liar4U campaign tapped Milian’s extensive network of fans and followers through social media to share the biggest lie someone has ever told them using the hashtag #Liar4U.

To carry out the campaign, The MeauxGul Agency employed three social media platforms managed by Christina Milian- Instagram (3.2 million followers), Facebook (4.5 million likes) and Twitter (1.52 million followers). To help boost the awareness of the campaign and the new single “Liar,” The MeauxGul Agency established an influential tie-in that featured celebrity influencers such as personality Karrauche Tran, actress Keke Palmer, producer/artist Rico Love, musician Bridget Kelly and more. Each influencer added a personal spin to the #Liar4U concept, announcing the biggest lie someone has ever told them and influenced their followers to get involved by sharing their videos on Instagram and tweets on Twitter.

In order to address the emergence of live video streaming in the social media sphere, The MeauxGul Agency also commissioned Christina Milian to hold live chats with fans via Twitter-owned app Periscope to discuss their biggest lies.

In total the campaign reached 64.8 Million users throughout social media,2 million #Liar4U campaign video views, 2,790 landing page views and 821 entries within two weeks.
